How do you use the Qest4 Evaluation Report?

This report will hopefully be interfaced to the Qest System in the future but for now until all languages are translated and some additional programming is completed you can use this to generate reports.  It takes an average of 3-5 minutes depending on how detailed you get with the notes.

  • Step 1  Click here for web address

  • Step 3  Print the baseline (No Symptom or Description) and comprehensive (Item in Hold tank/ NO description just check the dilution, drops and number of weeks) or make a note of the organs and glands out of balance on the baseline and the numerical value of each as well as the causal chain issues, drops and number of weeks.  Also print the info scan with no description just the dilution, drops and number of weeks.
  • Step 4  When you sign into the report menu, type in your client's name and click all applicable items.  If it is not applicable skip over.  Mark all the organ, gland and system imbalances from the baseline and all other items you deem necessary

NOTE:  THESE ARE SUGGESTIONS PUT WHATEVER YOU AS A PRACTITIONER DEEM BENEFICIAL

Step 5 Once the report is generated go to the box beside the organ/gland/system imbalances and type the noted numeric value beside each as it was seen in the baseline report. Proof for accuracy.

  • Step 6 Make notes you feel are beneficial in the box provided.  I would put items such as:  Imprint #1 contains your causal chain issues and you should take 7 drops 2 times daily for 6 weeks.  There is detox in this imprint so if you feel the detox is too harsh cut the number of drops in half and work up slowly.  Imprint #2 is a balancing item that contains an energetic pattern to balance any hormonal, neurotransmitter, energetic supplemental, misalignment and dental imbalances noted in the analysis.  You should take 10 drops 2 times daily for 8 weeks.  The optimum time for re-evaluation is 8 weeks.  The body should have completed the energy shifts noted in the testing.  I suggest you see a chiropractor and have him focus on the Lumbar area.  I would also recommend going to an Anti-Inflammatory Diet.
  • You can now print a hard copy or save as a PDF and email to the client.
